1. Workshop Participation
Workshops are designed for educational purposes only.
Participants must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone for any reason.
2. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during workshops are the property of Emerson Academy.
Participants may use materials for personal learning but not for commercial purposes.
Any AI-generated content created during workshops is owned by the participant, but Emerson Academy reserves the right to use it for educational purposes.
3. Code of Conduct
Participants must respect others and maintain a positive learning environment.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
4. Payment and Refunds
Full payment is required to secure a spot in a workshop.
Refunds are available up to 3 days before the event start date.
No refunds for no-shows or partial attendance.
5. Privacy and Data
We collect and use personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Participants agree to be added to our WhatsApp community group.
6. Liability
Emerson Academy is not liable for any personal or professional outcomes resulting from workshop participation.
We do not guarantee specific results or employment opportunities.
7. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
8. Feedback and Improvement
As part of the Emerson Pioneers program, participants agree that their feedback may be used to improve future workshops and curricula.
By participating in our workshops or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
